GUEST DT SPOT

This month i had the pleasure of being a guest dt on scrapbooking downunder I got to work with some around the block papers and embellishments. Beautiful papers to work with.. :) Thanks to tina and her team for having me this month
This is what I created for Tina....i had the challenge of my layout being based on this quote.

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless." Mother Teresa

my layout contains some hidden journalling for my girls to oneday find
"This quote when I thought about it , really made me think of parenting and how true it is here. We have bad days like any family but I always tell my girls how beautiful and kind they are (especially to each other), I always say they are special and tell them I love them. Aand on those bad days they have learn't adults say sorry too!"

this was a great layout to do , really made me think about parenting and how i speak to them
the photo of my girls is only about 2 weeks old too..> :)
i thinki had one of those parent/family moments today that you dream of when you dont have a family. Lilly my eldest has 3 favourite books, we must read them at bed time each and every night...Toffee in trouble, Come on, Daisy and Who sank the boat (only recently added to the list of nightly reading)
Tonight emily was awake at bed time so i had lilly bring her books out to the lounge cause if i leave emily that close to her own bed time she SCREAMS THE HOUSE DOWN!....we the nightly reading saw us all tucked up under a blanket so sweet
after i finished reading to lilly...lilly wanted to read them to me...she is 4 so i really thought she would just talk about the pictures and lose track half way through and wander off....but no she didnt...she remembers the stories by heart and reads them with the right pictures...it was the cutest thing, she even used all the big hard words and i could see her thinking about what she was saying, and the cutest thing of all...i always talk to her through the books about why toffee is in trouble...one if daisy is scared being all alone...she asked me the questions! so sweet i love this time of night!...i just had to share...i am shocked by now much she has learnt in her day to day life with what feels to be no effort on my behalf....my dh would tell u that isnt true as im always talking to her and asking her questions like what colours she is looking at or numbers etc, but its nice to now that little effort is paying off.

EEEEK

I just recieved a development email that i was getting while i was pregnant with emily and then it changed into child development
anyway
it just told me in just over a month i will have a one year old!
now im a little sad, its ok that lilly will be 4 just 2 weeks after emilys birthday...it is not however ok that my baby is going to be one!....where did the first year of her life go...its like i went to sleep and woke up the mother of a nearly one year old! When your feeling that your family is complete im more emotional about her turning one that I ever thought I could be. I want to celebrate it, but there is this part of me that is breaking and going this is the last time...:( I have so loved this stage of my life. Having babies is wonderful...but i feel like we have what was meant for us. We have to work so hard to get pregnant and then i have such issues in the last month as the baby gets bigger and my body packs it in and i cant lie and say its been easy as i get older (Emily is a dream baby or was a dream baby) but i have felt every single sleepless night this time around. for me right now...there is just something very bittersweet about this birthday all the first she has shared with us over the last year there isnt many times in your life that you get to do all these things is there.
anyway my dh doesnt get it...he is happy to move into the new stage in her life and celebrate it...i want to be ok but im sort of greiving i think this part of my life was a dream come true, i guess its now time to live the dream in the next chapter

some news

Some news was announced this morning over at memory bugs
I made the 2007 DT...so im looking forward to doing some aussie dt work this coming year. Congrats to the other girls that made the team with me. Looking forward to getting to know you. and a big thankyou to the outgoing team, boy do we have some shoes to fill.

Ive been doing some work for a guest spot i have coming up, but i cant share yet. And some work for scrapbooking by design, which has a monthly kit that this month features lil Davis papers and they r NICE!

So pretty and all double sided too. Loving double sided papers atm. Heres what i created with them. I love this photo of youngest and dh.. :) The quote reads loving a child is circular business, the more you give the more you get and the more you get the more you want to give. Sourced from two peas. and my tip for doing any circular sewing on the machine. I stitched the flowers around and around first before i stuck them down...it was so easy i was saying drr jacqui

a winner and my weekend!

first up the winner of my little RAK
was shell honig
Shell if you want to email me on morethanjustscrapbooking@gmail.com with your details i will get your little note book in the post.
thanks for all the tips people put in the comments it was interesting to read what other people wanted in classes. Something i took from the weekend at the convention was that a little give away was nice!.

my weekend
off to the convention on saturday. I had a great day. Got there about 9 and wondered off to find my classroom. Dumped my heavy bag and had about 15 minutes before class started. I found the scrapbook creations stand with the display of colour competition layouts in it. And to my delight i found my layout to be up on the wall as a finalist and the comp, along with chris millar and michelle grant. Michelle was a runner up...congratulations michelle your layout was beautiful.
Here are the pink and green layouts up on the wall

thats my layout in the top row to the left. me and my beautiful lilly. (thanks to chris for the pic of the display its nice to have.) these are the pink and green finalist. see the green and black on chris's blog . Heres a close up of my layout

its given me a vote of confidence one needs before sending in your masters entry!

until next time

A RAK

well ive never done this with my blog

but i was doing a scrapbooking class on journalling tomorrow that was cancelled due to numbers and i had made these felt covered notepads for the people in my class. Anyway when i have classes cancelled it always makes me ponder what i can do to reinvent my classes so that people enjoy them more and get value for money.

so instead of just thinking about what i like in classes im asking you guys. Leave me a comment before 10th june on what you like in your scrapbooking classes and i will put everyones name into a hat and draw out the name of someone to recieve the little felt notepads i have.

Im a little sad that i cant give these notepads to the people intended but thats ok, i will have 4 left after this little rak so i think i might lucky door them at the next class i have so that my class girls still get to enjoy them...i love felt atm its so fun to work with

remember i will do the draw at some point on the 10th june

scrapbook creations

scrapbook creations...has been our now for i dont know how long

ive been very slack this week...2 sick kids and a sick mummy in this house has made our week start out very slow!

anyway

i had this layout picked up by sc and finally its out

i was just on their website and its a project in their project gallery as well
lilly has changed so much since these photos...about 12 months old now..: ) how time goes so fast....she will be 4 so soon...she is such a rascal and keeps me on my toes...r all 4 year olds like that??? she is really pushing limits this week and being sick i have a short fuse for it too...but am finding that if the house is clean and tidy and not in caios she behaves much better and today was great but im buggered keeping her entertained while she was stuck inside all day! thankgod for water colour kids paints...lifesavers...and dvd's also lifesavers on rainy inside all day days and for her cool little wheelie bug thingo...its a ride on toy for inside...its on casors and scoots and spins on the tiles she loves it and on a stuck inside day it uses up lots of energy i also thankgod for tomorrow and the luxury that is kindy! when i will be able to sit like a slug and get over my cold for part of the day anyway....will still have emily home

some scrapbooking

as i said been doing some stuff that cant be shared atm

but why is it that some layouts from the very start r just fantastic!! and the picture perfect copy of what was in your head...and some...are just hard the whole way and u end up not that happy with them even thou there is nothing wrong! this was my day yesterday

This is my nailed it layout. Its just what was in my head and fell together in a few hours and it was a joy. It then gave me the bug as you would expect, something i havent had all week and i had things i wanted to do.

I then moved on to the sketches blog, which was a sketch from my friend chris millar and i really wanted to nail it....its just not what was in my head but! My dh keeps telling me its fine and there is nothing awful about it but i cant shake that feeling that its not right...i think its the title up the top that lets it down its plain but everything i do to fix it looks silly so in the end at midnight last night i left it alone only to face the same question this morning...so i think its going to be one of those layouts u put away straight away so that you stop thinking about it!...does everyone have this problem please say yes lol it seems to come for me when im changing something about what im doing with scrapbooking...right now im into having bits and pieces hang off the edge and i couldnt get it to work for this layout that sent it right out the window i think for me.

Now this layout just fell together very easily last friday night. Its a layout for Scrapbooking by design my nz dt site and will be an online class next week. Kits are all avaliable at the site. And this layout is from the monthly kit of papers over there that are all Piggy tales and really very nice...liking these daisy d flowers too I will also teach this layout in oz as part of triple the fun at paper addiction next month.

what else had been going on in our little world. Emily has discovered dolls, and lilly who isnt really into dolls now is lol...oh the fun of sharing, so i had a doll in the present cupboard that i had gotten for emilys birthday...she has it already...it had been there for months and i gave in...she loves it...so my girls have been spending their days playing dollies which is so very cute.

Im still breastfeeding emily...she doesnt like a bottle at all even when its expressed me which is fine by me and i have been blessed with a year at home this time around so why stop its all to easy. Until the other day i had not thought about what lilly thought of breastfeeding. She watches, and tells me emily is having her nilk (its nilk god knows why), we talked about how when she was a baby she also had my nilk and she usually trindles off and plays. The other day she grabbed her baby and started feeding her. Well i have never seen anything so cute. I popped emily off and went for the camera of course like any good scrapbooker would of lol so funny its from her stomach
my poor baby girl was just bitten by her first wasp...3 of them in fact so we r on reaction watch right now she was so upset cause she thought it was a bee and well she likes barnarby the busy buzzzy bee from the fairies...but we showed her they were wasps and she was ok...i actually think that hurt her more than the wasp sting.

card dare site

ive been playing with the card dare
im sorry just a sneak peak but as its off for publishing... :) ive had a heap of success with getting a few cards published in stamping and papercraft magazine...im really enjoying making the cards too its something totally different and a great way to use up all my pretty papers and things sitting on my table that deserve a use

so much fun

ive also been playing with the modpodge and napkin technique

Jones leather lounge lessons

1 dont let 3 year old near it with biro!! (but hair spray solves the problem) this happened last year while we were living at my parents

2 dont let said 3 year old near it with nail polish (sugar soap to the rescue that time)...this about a month after we bought out leather lounge!...im scrubing and very pg with emily...what a sight

and finally 3 dont leave your stazon ink pad out where said 3 year old can get to it...the lounge coped it! but stamp cleaner and then leather lounge cleaner and conditioner saved the day...THANKGOD! oh at ps did everyone know that stazon cleaner goes very hot on your hands??? i had no idea

scrap apple comp week 3

well i thought i was out of it this week as i couldnt think of anything to do
the challenge this week was to
take something from your everyday life that you would like to have in you studio and BTP it
so hard right!! im a person that doesnt have much stuff lieing around that i could use and i thought about lots of things when finally yesterday the light went on. Not the greatest idea granted but it got it finished!!!
so this is what i did
i took this plan boring book stand, that was in my kitchen holding up a book that didnt really need a stand. It was filthy too as im sure u can imagine when it was on the top of our kitchen cupboards!!

after cleaning this little stand I made a plate for the front of it and a canvas to sit in it permantly so that my layouts have some support while in the stand before going into my albums.

all the pp squares have been stitched witht he machine and all the buttons sewn in place.

here it is complete and below in use holding one of my latest layouts

www.aussiescrapjack.blogspot.com

so much fun.. :)

here is my version of the layout i have posted as part of the scrapjack erica glover

its my take on her blink layout

which i have been in love with since i saw it on her blog and in forkeeps. I think its the journalling in the layout that gets me...so i didnt want a blink layout as such but one that had heartfelt or important journalling in it so i went with this. hope u all like it and remember check out scrapjacked

EMILYS BIRTH

i dont think i have ever shared what happened to day or week of emilys birth.

its taken me ages to actually put it down on paper and i guess osme of the feelings were a little raw until recently. it didnt go to the grand plan.

the other part of it was these beautiful photos that i didnt want to distroy...the main photo is one of my favs...i find it amazing,,,emmy is only a few seconds old in that photo...to have a record of her life from this point makes me cry...with lilly we didnt get photos until she was in a crib as she wasnt doing so well (she quickly recovered but.. :)) lilly was aobut to be wheeled away to special care before anyone even thought were was the camera. we didnt really expect many problems with emily even thou she was 3 weeks early so the camera was out and ready

the journalling about her birth is on the large pull out white card...its held in place by the flowers

this is what it says

Things never go to plan when it comes to babies theys eem to always have their own schedule to follow. At 36 weeks there was some concern about the size of our girl. An ultrasound confirmed she was already 9 pound. I didnt believe them. At that point there were doubts about a natural birth but i was sure i could do it. At my 37 week checkup the fun started. high blod pressure, protiens - i wasnt shocked because i had this before. A few days in hospital and it seemed to get better, until the morning i was to go home. I felt sick and dizzy and not myself. It was decided it was time to meet our baby. i was sure birth would be ok and we pressed forward with an induction. weveryone expected it to happen quickly, but no such luck. 3 lots of gel and finally labour started at 7 pm. I was excited until i was told i wasnt dilating and that emily seemed stuck ina funny position. We kept going. Early in the morning i am downstairs again, nothing cha nged. But everyon was worried aobut me. I didnt want drugs. the midwives talked me into taking strong panadol and a sleeper, so i would rest. the next thing i know its 6am labour stalled and i woke in a panci. I was a mess I knew it meant a c section. Something i didnt want. But its amazing what you will do for your children, but there was still lots of tears that morning. I was scared. emily had to be monitored but she never skipped a beat. At midday i was prepared. Outside the OR i broke out into a cold sweat but the lovely nurses gave me a warm blanket. I shoook the whole time. the pinal easy. but things changed. i was scared but excited were going to finally meet em. My DR was making jokes nad bets over the weight. lillys birth was scary, she was sick but emily screamed straight away. She spent some time in a curb but was perfect. it was a positive and lovely experience. Because there was no emergency everyon at moter mothers private was so patient with me and allowed me to get comfortable and explained everything during the procedure. Im not rushing back for a csection any time soon but i know that i made the right decision for emily and myself that day. Im not sorry and i dont regret it alt all. this was emilys birth it was just different to waht i expected. Bit it was worth it all. And look at the photos. Poor lilly was safely in her crib before anyone even though to get a camera out.thankyou Dr chueng and mater mothers private (brisbane)

my 100th post

100 posts...WOW im impressed ive had that much to say over the last year and a bit lol

went to a fantastic retreat on the weekend...thanks girls i had a blast even if i could only stay for the day. Thanks to the girls that did my class i really hope u enjoy your project.

this is what i created at the retreat (hmm is it a retreat when your just there for the day??)

I must mention that the idea for this came from something i had seen on the making memories idol site while i was there voting for my dear friend chris millar...VOTE 1 this tuesday

anyway

this is for another dear friend whos husband is a dentist. Our dentist actually...and this is about my daughters first visit to the dentist after she chipped a beautiful tooth (it looks ok now) to say i was nervous about her first dentist experience was an understatement...i had such horrible experiences as a kid with having to go to the free clinic and well lets say i have spent alot as an adult having that work repaired even with health insurance...so it was important to me that her first experience be a great one so that she isnt frightened like me...not that i got out of having a check up the day we were their either lol...lilly told me when she finished that it was my turn lol and we were not allowed to leave until i was looked at too very funny...of course had i known that would happen i would of taken the time to floss that morning!! lol oh well troy was so fantastic with her that i wanted to share it with their other patients and local people to our area. A great dentist i have found out is a rare find...and one that spent the time with my daughter to make sure she was as comfy as possible and not to frightened is a rarer find i think....so anyway on tuesday im going to take this up to them and pop it in the waiting room to show how great troy was..: )

if your local to the north side of brissy...i live at northlakes and troy owns Northlakes Family Smile. here is the link to their site http://www.familysmile.com.au/ if you need a dentist look no further he is fantastic

oh ps...i just had to play in photoshop i admire everyone elses blog so much when they take the time to work on their photos first...have to say im still working it all out but hehe

and i know its probably about time i add in a photo of me with both my girls
emily will be 7 months old on saturday...i cant believe it
my darling girl is getting so big so quickly. She is sitting on her own for quite some time now, and crawling all over the house like a mad thing, we have only 3/4 baby proofed...but i swear lilly brings more of it back than i can get rid of in a day...all those little toys she seems to of gotten...but she is learning where to keep themslowly. We have put up the gates which r to keep emily out of lillys room and the other lounge (which starts its first transformation into a media room on the weekend WOOHOO)

emilys new thing for the week...u guessed it DADADADA...lets just say that the DADADA in this house was very encouraging of this lol...i keep telling him she doesnt know what she is saying lol...but she does im sure of it

nothing to much going on here...i got my car back...i dont know if anyone remembers but all the way back on boxing day i had a car accident...nothing serious except the damage to my car!!!!...well after waiting for the shops to open up again after the christmas break they found out a part they needed was in australia...so then we had to wait a month for that...nearly 10 weeks after the accident i got my car back!!..once they got it on the road smaller things kept going wrong with it so there were quite a few extra days without it this week...but finally its all systems go and is running like a dream and it is looking all shiny and new...WOOHOO nothing worse than not having a car believe me

one last thing

my journey

i wished i blogged back then i think it would of been really helpful to have this style of journal and to now go back and read it, but instead i suffered this path alone. As the years have past i have met so many people with infertility problems explained and not explained...its the cruelist thing to ever go through and it changed me in ways i never knew until i was given the biggest gift of all..my children I have suffered this path twice to have my girls, i have PCOS (Poly cycstic oviarys) there r some radical ideas out there on how to solve the problem but for those of us that suffer it in the classic form infertility, excess hair, hard to lose weight etc to do anything is a major life transformation. I was lucky enough to stumble across sharkeys healing centre and use a herbal mixture to help me normalise and cleanse my body with the results speaking for themselves really. Im not sure why i wanted to share this with you all...i would like to hopethat anyone who reads this that is suffering this path knows that dreams do come true, that they are worth every little test and tear you will endurer while on this path and that we should talk about this...it touches so many people and so many people that i have met...i really find it quite scary because when its u u feel like no one else can understand...i wish i had know some of the poeple i have met when i was suffering it would of made it not easier but different

this layout im sharing started out being for my everyday moments album in the my life section, but it sort of spiralled and i ended up submitting it for the heartfelt journalling...still it might go into my album

the journaling reads

for the longest time i wanted a family. Chrildren to call my own. But at first my dream didnt come true. Much heartache, depression, tests and specialists took over 2 years of my life. Just as I was starting to accept out dream may never come true those 2 special lines turned up to change my world. I visited this part of my life once more when our dream included another world changing want. I look back now at that time and I look today at my beautiful children and know they were worth every tear and test endured.

another year older

well once i got over the inital bad start (my husband had purchased the present but forgot today was my birthday...lets just say it hasnt won him any browny points) to my 31st birthday i got a pretty cool present...sad part was that i didnt actually enjoy opening it because i was a little upset with said dh by this point...but i put it aside and finally enjoyed it much later on...still not a happy camper but

anyway...thought i would share some pics of my present

and yes that very special coloured box is from

IS IT HOT ENOUGH

well is it hot enough for us all!!!
i know the next big purchase we make with be airconditioning
at this stage thinking about ducted...but my god HOT
my poor miss emily has not coped well with the heat at all today
she has been attached to the boob in one way or another all day and when she wasnt she was a very unhappy baby!! its like come on u would be so much cooler on the floor but no no...poor little poppet and she sweated so much today because she wouldnt let me put her down but in a strange way i was sort of happy she was feeding so much...at least i knew she was hydrated! Needless to say that i had a very hot and uncomforable day and the only time i was cool was at the gym this morning!! i know a family that will be spending the day at the shops tomorrow if this heat doesnt go anything for an airconditioner

been on holidays

just spent the most fantastic week on the gold coast in sunny qld
i love it down there...my mum has a time share unit and this year we were given the opportunity to use it again...we have done this holiday many times in the past...but its always just as relaxing as ever. The beach is right across the road and we had beach views...i just love the sound of the waves as u go to sleep...i spent my week by the pool with a book or watching dan and lilly at the beach...emmy loved the water in the pool...but didnt think much of the sand...im right there with her...i didnt even go swimming at the beach (would rather be in a pool) and i was covered in the stuff.

dan took lilly to dreamworld on monday and she was beside herself...she had so much fun...and free for her too as she is still under 4 woohoo!!...i will upload some pics in a few days when we r unpacked

as for the diet..it suffered of course...but thats what holidays r for...back to normal this week being home and all!!!

i actually came home to a lovely surprise from my friend suzanne...that left us today to move up north to do her country service...my wonderful friend had left a photo of us together at my front door and a beautiful note...thanks sweetie...it was such a lovely thing to come home too...im going to miss u this year.

WEIGHT CHECK IN 2

well i have to admit after last week i didnt expect much this week
then i watched operh (sp) and well the life of a stay at home mum was fully lived lol...i dont usually watch her but she had a weight loss guy on...he was talking about water weight when u first start a diet and how u really shouldnt weigh yourself for the first 2 months until u actually really start to lose weight...i understood what he means but i cant do it...i need the scales as motivation!!!

so starting wieght this week
94.8
weight in
94.2
total weight loss
even 3kg

not bad i say for only 2 weeks
i have been this week fighting cravings which is horrible...but so want to say until i go on holidays next week to have just one naughty meal
my check in will be late next week...on holidays...home on friday so i will check in then...good or bad...its ok...im on holidays!!!

time for a change

and look i got real clever this monring and finally with the help of a great blog sorted out my banner...thankfully i will never have to do that again lol...but im so happy i have wanted for ages
and the brushes in my banner r from jason galyor...fantastic brushes there

other things
been married 7 years today...wow
emmy had her injections
a nice layed back sort of day
while dan had emmy at the doctor...yes im a chicken when it comes to needles...i spent some time with lilly on her own something i havent done in months!!!...actually since emmy was born and lilly was such a pleasure too...we went and did some girly shopping and she came home with nail polish and lip gloss in one of those kits for little girls...to cute!! and we had lunch...i miss my time with just lilly so much that i have to make sure she get some...i have so much time with just emily which i love...but i miss my oldest too and the time we spent together before emmy was here so i guess thats something i want to achieve this year...my second goal after weight loss...now that emmy is that little bit older and can go for a while without needing me is to spend some mum time with just lilly.

WEEK 1 WEIGHT CHECK IN

wow...what a week...before i reveal my loss for this week i want to impress upon u all that YES i did eat and eat and eat...so i was a little shocked to get on the scales this morning really not expecting much after what i had actually lost this week...but i was in for a shock....actually breastfeeding my youngest let me eat more than the basic diet too...and i didnt really watch the oil i used to cook with and even had 25gms of corn chips yesterday as my indulgence for the week. I think what makes this diet different is you have to eat fresh veg, fruit and meat...unlike weight watchers where i could eat wrong but still within the points value...ok so here goes my check in for week 1

starting weight 97.2
week one weight 94.8
total weight loss 2.4 kg....

i know i know colour me shocked i can tell u...and i havent excised this week either...gym has been shut but opens today so i will be off up there this afternoon. Im so inspirered by this diet its great...i dont think i have eaten so well...not that we normaly eat a diet of junk either...but im meeting all the targets for veg and fruit a day and i have never done that before.

thanks for reading...if anyone wants to join my weekly weigh in please post a comment and we can travel this path together...believe me i know its hard but it makes me want success because u can all see it.. :)

WEIGHT WOES

Oh boy here i go...im going to admit something to myself
2 years ago...yes it would be...i had success on weight watchers...i didnt make it to my goal weight as i fell pregnant with emily...but u know i was pretty happy with were i was that i didnt mind to much...didnt really put on that much weight while i was pregnant...11 kg or there abouts...in the grand scheme of things and pregnancy thats nothing...and by tthe time i had emily i hadn't put on weight for a month....i was left thinking im sure i will be ok and go back just like i did when i had lilly to the weight i had started my pregnancy at...umm NO!! lol

When i came home from hospital i had about 7 kg to lose...i thougth thats ok...actually thats pretty good....but i didnt do anything about it...wanted my milk to settle down and get over the c section and there were a million reasons not too...during that time my eating went from good to so bad im embrassed...usually the person who will not purchase junk food became the junk food queen...and u all know the cycle it creates...i then craved it to the point that i couldnt stop

this being that time of year and thinking about resolutions i knew i wanted to do something about my weight...but i dont like to be a satistic and fail at things so decided i wouldnt wait for the new year...i was reminded of dr phil actually who said why put soemthing off that you can start today...so that was about a week ago...i wondered just what to do...didnt really want to return to weight watchers...i hate the $16 to get on the scales and the meetings bore me to death because i know how to eat properly its just the motivation that i lack most of the time. But what to do...low gi...such a catch phrase these days....low fat not sure i believe that to be true as we need fat in our diets its just the types that matter and so good fats get left out and then we crave...so this is finally what i decided upon...the total wellbeing diet Decision one made...get the book (in the sales to woohoo) i read it that night and woke up and started as it really had a good provision for a breastfeeding mother which is still very important to me that emily get everything she needs especially as she isnt old enough for soilds yet...i didnt make a start date that i would fail...just did it...but then i wondered what happens when i dont want to be true to myself...weight watchers has that way of wanting u to behave because someone will see what you weigh....so hear gos...if the people that read this dont mind im going to use u all for that.

so this is me still in 2006...one week ago....weight 97.2 kg....(hello bridget jones hehe)
of course will lose 30 kg...but really to fit back in my clothes would be nice as im still sometimes wearing my maternity clothes all pulled in and i hate it...im generally a size 14 or 12 depends
i dont usually like to weigh during the week of a diet...but 4 days in i couldnt help myself...wanted some motivation that this could actually work and to my surprise
weight...95.8kg...i know still embrassing and i am very embrassed by what i weigh its sick...but in 4 days i have lost 1.4kg...hello biggest loser

this diet is great...i dont know how i will cope with it when i go back to work...which is still a while away but its generally a balanced diet with very little processed food involved and no processed meats so im cooking everything but thats ok...its working...i havent craved a single piece of junk food in 4 days...and i know there will come a time that i will but i plan to use something from sure silm systems that my friend uses (pricey otherwise i would be there as her diet and mine seem very similar) and thats a breakout day...every few weeks ...she is allowed one break out meal where she can eat anything she wants...i think this is important because we all like those little treats and i love eating out too..so i know what i will be using my break out for...while im on holidays!!

no im not worried about my holidays as we generally only eat bbq meat and salads while at the beach so that fits in perfectly..: )

ok thanks everyone...expect to hear from me in a week with what i hope is more really really good news...: )

wow congrates to those that made it to the bottom of this post...what a long one

random stuff

Congrats to lisa over a scrapbooking by design...the site is finally active. If you click on the link in my list that should get you there....how exciting for her right on christmas. What a present.. :) the forum is already off to a great start so pop over and say hi. The site is based in nz.

lilly had her very first dentist visit today..will share pics later on...it was all very funny and started with playing barbies with our dentist (who is a friend lol) he was so fantastic with her. If your living around my area (northlakes brisbane) northlakes family smile is open for business and troy is a fantastic dentist. Our visit ended with me in the chair which wasnt the plan lol but miss lilly insisted it be my turn next so i played the good mother and did it without a single sound lol...there r also some amusing photos of that, that you will not get to see hehe

ok..merry christmas to all if i dont post again before monday...i hope you all have a fanastic day and that santa is good to all.. :)
