on the house front its looking like it will be all finished next friday...thats a bit exciting!!

we have render

well i have been a bit slack updating cause i havent had any news to really add
the building has slowed over the last few weeks and we had no progress for nearly 3 weeks...but this week luckily the render and the garage door went on the house....photos to come...hoping the painter starts this week but not holding breath as i have been told 2 weeks in a row he will be there this week and just never turned up!!...its a little frustrating

baby is growing..belly is looking very pregnant now...just 13 weeks to go until out new addition arrives which is exciting...we cant wait.

here is a layout that i started at one friday crop and finished at another 2 weeks later which is unusual for me to say the least...love the photos and im pretty happy with the lo.

bathroom feature

well i saw my bathroom feature and the start of our tiling from afar today (no one on site so i was stuck looking in the windows) my feature tile in the bathroom is on a wall of the shower and it looks fantastic im so happy with it...and after all the problems our floor tiles are looking pretty good too, but i have only seen them in the laundry as only the wet areas have been done so far. (after all the fuss thankgod i like them and think they look good)

it sits at the end of our main living area so i will be close to the kids and no tucked away out of sight which will be nice...has a big double door entry anda view of the back yard...cant wait until im scrapping and talking with you all in there

and i finally got a picture...its just not so easy to get in there atm
tilers started today and the painters will start on monday i cant believe that it is almost finished!!...also add the look of the feature tiles in the bathroom...should see them finished on saturday...yah
had a minor problem with the floor tiles today even thou we picked from what we were told was the builders range for these they need to be laided differently and are going to cost us another $200 dollars!! gotta love tradies wish they told u these things but to be fair its the tile places fault...but after a stressed day of what will we do...we r just going to pay its easier and i just want my house now

exciting things coming

its looking like im going to work for scrapanaila as a consultant...its all in the pipe line at the moment but i will be using my blog to advertise classes and show new product as it comes in. I will be offering classes and workshops at peoples houses for about $10 including the papers and the use of all my tools, stamps and punches. Embellishments and other things will be on sale in your homes to add that finishing touch to your page. Im really excited about this adventure stay turned here as i will fill you all in....in about 8 weeks i should be up and going. Also looking at having crops in my lovely new house for a smaller fee. If you are interested in any of this leave me a message and i will get back to you asap.

4 weeks until a NEW HOUSE

well i visited my house today and wow...its really taking shape now.i cant believe the changes in a week. My kitchen has been delievered and I LOVE IT it looks fantastic...its a lovely wood grain on the cupboards. I will share a pic when its all in next week. the walls are nearly finished and all the doors are up...locks r on but they r wrong...its a minor thing to go wrong so thats great..so soon

we also added a new car to the family this week. An outlander which i just love...its so nice to drive

oh dear doesnt time fly
its been nearly a month since i posted anything
pregnancy is still going well now 21 weeks...had my 19 week scan and it looks like we are expecting another daughter which was wonderful news...but i know i know they can be wrong i still dont care as long as its very healthy and strong.

scan photos not as good as last time...but still amazing...she is enjoying making a pillow out of the placenta atm making the photo taking hard.

we are also in the final stages of building our new house...its about 5 weeks away now which is the most amazing feeling!!...i cant believe its nearly finished. All the internal doors went up today and its all locked up.

everything seems to be happening at the moment...picking up a new car on friday an outlander which i cant wait to get woohoo they r so nice to drive.

and what else...finally after many years my long service leave has appeared on my pay advice which was also a fantastic feeling...but my count down to maternity leave has started...9 weeks and 2 days...i will keep that very updated lol

baby jones

i finally scrapped the photos from my 12 week scan. Just in time to get new ones (the last ones until this babe is born) in a week and halfs time...i cant wait to see my baby again.
but little kicks everyday remind me of whats to come...a baby brother or sister fo rlilly who is already so excited.

trouble

well i was giong to post some los from the last few weeks yesterday and really update this thing but i was having a heap of trouble getting the pics to upload...today it seems right again so i will try again!!

my new house

to add to my busy tired life we have been building a house since the beginning of the year. It was so slow to start with but just lately in about the last 6 weeks things have really been moving. It will be at lock up next wednesday which is very exciting.

12 week scan

the scariest scan i have ever had to have would be this one. I missed out on it with my daughter but this time we went. The scan itself was lovely, but then they make u wait to find out if anything is wrong. I have never crossed my fingers so much in my life. In the next few weeks i will have an 18 week scan and we are hoping to find out the sex.

a lo i did about turning 30 in feb. it sort of just drifted by without any thoughts of it at all.

retreat

on the weekend i was lucky enough to go to a great retreat with fantastic friends. And i was also able to meet fellow scrappers i had admired since i started scrapping 5 years ago. Thanks for the great weekend girls. I have pages to share as soon as i scan them.
